2-3 cups watermelon (seeded)
1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup strawberries (frozen)
1/2 cup peach juice (or try 1 peach if you don’t have juice)

DIRECTIONS

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender. Puree until smooth and serve.
