  • 1 cup gooseberries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • lemon juice to taste
  • 1 – 1½ cups rice or soy milk
  • 2-5g fresh ginger, to taste

Instructions

  3. Adjust amount of rice or soy milk according to desired consistency.
