Weight Loss Smoothies: Another Healthy Breakfast Smoothie

Try this healthy smoothie recipe even once a week. For sure, after having your first taste, you may want to prepare it every single day.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of frozen berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and/or strawberries)
1 scoop of whey powder
1 Tbs. flaxseed oil
1Tbs. ground flaxseed
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. unsweetened cranberry juice
1 pack of Stevia
8 ice cubes
1 cup water

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Process at high speed until smooth. Add several ice cubes for a thicker texture.
